Modern Kitchen Remodel
in Mira Mesa, CA

This right-sized kitchen is streamlined and welcoming. Flat panel cabinetry mixes natural white oak with crisp white accents, keeping the palette light while adding warmth where it counts. Sleek edge pulls mounted along the lower edge of the doors keep hardware minimal and the lines uninterrupted. White countertops run the perimeter and return at a waterfall-edge peninsula with seating—an efficient move that adds prep space and a comfortable spot for everyday meals.

Stainless steel appliances keep the look cohesive and easy to maintain. Above the peninsula, two modern pendants—round, elongated forms—add a sculptural note without overwhelming the room. Open accent shelves punctuate the cabinetry, offering a place for display and keeping the composition from feeling heavy.

The result is a balanced, warm modern kitchen: clean geometry, oak and white in quiet contrast, and just enough detail to feel designed without crowding an efficient footprint.
