I just wanna say how thankful we are for the work done on our kitchen. It turned out beautiful, but more than that you could really feel the care that went into it. Not just someone showing up to do a job and leave. You could tell Igor and his team took pride in what they were doing, and that meant a lot to us. I’ve dealt with a lot of people over the years, contractors, plumbers, even lawyers and doctors and whatnot and it’s rare to find someone who makes the whole thing feel easy and calm. No pressure, no talking down, no rushing you or making you feel like a bother. If we had a question or changed our mind, it was just ok no problem, let’s figure it out. That kind of patience is not common nowadays. Especially with home projects, where usually you’re just waiting for something to go wrong. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you. From someone who’s seen a lot this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any kind of professional work, period. Real person, real care, and the kitchen looks better than we could’ve ever imagined.
