Del Mar - Modern Coastal Kitchen and
Bath Remodel

This remodel ties the kitchen and bathroom together with a Modern Coastal feel—clean lines, soft tones, and a focus on flow. In the kitchen, custom cabinetry keeps the elevations calm and uncluttered, while a quartz countertop with a modern break edge adds a subtle architectural detail. Refined lighting layers—task, ambient, and accent—make the space feel bright and inviting without ever feeling harsh.

The bathroom continues the same design language so the home reads as one cohesive story. Large-format tile minimizes grout lines and visually expands the room, while minimalist glasswork and a curbless shower entry keep the sightlines open. A linear drain sits quietly in the layout, supporting the streamlined, spa-like aesthetic rather than drawing attention to itself. Together, the two spaces deliver a high-end, Modern Coastal remodel that feels edited, relaxed, and thoughtfully elevated.
