Fairbanks Ranch - Bathroom Remodel with
Custom Wood Cabinetry and Designer Tilework

This bathroom remodel pairs graphic pattern with natural wood to create a cohesive, contemporary composition. The patterned floor tile sets the rhythm underfoot, then continues into the shower—rising up one wall and wrapping the ceiling and bench—so the enclosure reads as one continuous gesture. Opposite, a solid black tile accent wall provides a calm counterpoint, adding depth and giving the eye a place to rest.

Custom wood cabinetry brings warmth and texture, balancing the bold tile work and tying the materials together. Warm lighting reinforces the tone of the finishes and highlights the tile transitions without calling attention to itself.

Centered in the plan, a freestanding tub anchors the room and keeps circulation simple, offering a quiet focal element within the graphic pattern. The result is a refined, modern bath—pattern used with intention, contrast held in balance, and materials selected to feel current now and comfortably livable every day.
